A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Ontario School District 8C, Malheur County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013 will be held at the District Administrative Office Meeting Room, 195 SW 3rd Avenue, Ontario, Oregon.

The meeting will take place on the 14th day of May, 2012 at 6:00 PM and, if necessary, continue on to the 16th of May 2012 at 6:00 PM.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 8, 2012 at the District Administration Office, 195 SW 3rd Avenue, Ontario, Oregon, between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.  Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.

This meeting will also serve as a stakeholder meeting for Ontario School District's implementation of the Education Achievement Compact for 2012-13 as it relates to the District?s budget.
