How Many Fruits and Vegetables Do You Need?

Are you and/or your children eating enough fruits and vegetables? New breakfast and lunch meal regulations require that all students have available at least 1/2 cup fruit or vegetable per day at lunch and starting with the school year 2014-15 they will need 1/2 cup fruit or vegetable at breakfast.

Almost everyone needs to eat more fruits and vegetables.
